Weather-worn woods left out in the sun and rain for months at a time take on a wonderfully-aged patina. By cerusing the wood and applying a multi-step finish, we achieve a stone-like effect which preserves the rough texture and rich color of the wood.

Our espresso finish is achieved by using our proprietary dark stain. This special treatment brings out a depth to the wood grain without compromising the original luster. A satin clear coat pairs beautifully with the smooth surface of the wood, giving the piece a luxurious and organic feel.

This ebonized finish is achieved by charring the surface of the tables with a blowtorch, then sealing the piece with a multi-step finish. The satin clear coat is durable yet understated. The resulting charred effect gives these pieces a character of their own, and pairs beautifully with polished silver, brass or black nickel legs.

Burnt Edge

When a tree is struck by lightning, the bark is charred to a matte black. Inspired by this sharp contrast of the blackened outer edge to the natural core of these roots, we recreated the effect with a blowtorch.
